Anyway, you're thinking - why not a fancy website. Why old fashioned Blogger? Why not images flying in and out, text in snazzy fonts that spin and glow?
Well, I have tried that. I've done the fancy websites, with the snazzy fonts and the flashy images. And you know what? I did bugger all but fiddle about with the design. I spent more time on that than on actually creating artworks to put on the site!
So I wanted something simple, something that had limited design possibilities, to stop me spending all my time tweaking it. Something to showcase my art and not my design abilities.
Oh, and something free as well...
So here it is. The blog of Templar, digital artist. The longest I ever managed to keep one of those fancy websites going was a week. We'll see if this blog lasts any longer.
